Small green pear-shaped Jadeite, surrounded by small diamonds, set in 14K gold.
Tear drop shape, 18 prong set diamonds, one on top is a bit larger.
The jadeite is a nice green color, prong set.
I have two of these matching pieces. 
These were purchased in 1991. I am the original owner.
